Psychometric test for Recruitment and Assessment of Employees
We are pleased to offer the Personality Psychometric test which can be comfortably used in Industry and business for selection, placement and promotion of personnel by predicting important job related characteristics.

The Personality test measures 20 dimensions given below. Each dimension have been scored between 1-10. An individual scoring between 1-3 is considered a low scorer and if the score is between 8-10, it is considered high score. Scores between 4-7 are considered as average scores. However, high scores always may not be good e.g. Individual scoring high score of 8 in Stress will be considered bad, similarly score of 3 in Adaptability will also be considered bad.

Adaptability (Ab)
Whether the individual is able to make appropriate response to change and till what extent?
Ambitious (Pu)
Whether the individual is AMBITIOUS, REALISTICALLY INVOLVED IN LIFE, LEARNING SKILLS, INTEREST IN JOB or is ESCAPICIST, UNWILLINGNESS TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY, FEELING OF FAILURE.
Courageous (Co)
Whether the individual is ADVENTORUOUS, BOLD, ENERGETIC, GOOD INSIGHT, NO STAGE FRIGHT, QUICK DECISION MAKERS or not.
Dominant (Do)
How much SELF- ASSERTIVE, DOMINANAT, AGGRESSIVE, FORCEFUL & DIRECT IN RELATIONS WITH OTHERS is the individual.

Learning (Le)
Whether the individual is a FAST LEARNER, INSIGTFUL, INTELEECTUALLY ADAPTABLE, GOOD JUDGEMENT or a POOR LEARNER, UNABLE TO HANDLE ABSTRACT PROBLEM, LESS ORGANISED, POOR JUDGEMENT.
Restless (Rl)
How much does the individual get OVER FATIGUED, IS WORRYING, FEELING OF INCOMPLETE, REMORSEFUL, SELF PITY, SHY, ANXIETY, DEPRESSING AND INEFFECTIVE SPEAKER.
Imagination (Im)
How much is the individual SUBJECTIVE, CHILDISH DEPNDENT BEHAVIOUR, UNACCPETED AND UNCONCERNED or MAKE ORIGINAL SUGGESTIONS WHICH MIGHT BE REJECTED.
Liberal (Lb)
Whether the Individual is ANALYTICAL, LIBERAL, TRUST LOGIC, WELL INFORMED, INCLINED TO EXPERIMENT WITH PROBLEM SOLUTIONS or not.
Leadership (Ld)
What is the individual’s ABILITY TO DIRECT AND CONTROL ACTIONS OF OTHERS, HIGH SELF CONFIDENCE, GOOD WILL POWER, RESPONSIVE, RESPONSIBLE, QUICK, ALERT,PLANFUL or he is UNDEPENDABLE, OBSTRUCIVE, SOUND FOLLOWERS, GROUP DEPENDENT, IMPATIENT, ESCAPIST.
Reactive (Re)
Whether the individual is RESOURCEFUL TO MEET CHALLENGES. Whether he has LOW MATURITY and does he GETS EASILY ANNOYED BY SMALL THINGS, IMPULSIVE, DISSATISFIED, ANGER.
Optimistic (Op)
Whether he has ZEST FOR LIFE, SELF SECURITY, SELF ACTUALIZATION and is a GOOD ACHIEVER or not.
Principled (Pn)
Till what extent is he PERSISTENT, RESPCTFUL, CONFORMING, 9-10 SCORES MEANS RIGIDITY, UNREALSITIC.
Controlling Emotions (CM)
Does the individual REGULATES EMOTIONS AND BEHV, NOT IMPULSIVE, CONSIDERATE, GOOD LEADER BUT NOT A POPULAR ONE, 9-10 SCORES MEAN OBSESSIVE OF BEHV, HIGHLY CRITICAL.
Sensitive (Se)
Is the Individual TENDER MINDED, DEPENDENT, OVER PROTECTED, FIDGETY, CLINGING & INSECURE, REASONING, DISLIKE CRUDE, ROUGH PEOPLE, ILLNESS or is he TOUGH, MASCULINE, PRACTICAL, MATURE, REALISTIC (NO NONSENSE), HEALTHY.
Presentation (Pr)
Is the individual POLISHED, SOPHESTICATED, POLITE, DIPLOMATIC, RETAIN PROBLEMS, FLEXIBLE, ALERT, GIVES SUGGESTIONS, 9-10 SCORES- MARITAL PROBLEM AS THEY ARE DETACHED FROM PARTNERS EMOTIONAL NEED.
Independent (In)
Is the individual ALOOF, GOOD PROBLEM SOLVERS BUT ON THEIR OWN, POOR TEAM PLAYERS?
Critical (Cr)
Is the Individual SUSPECTING, JEALOUS, DOGMATIC, CRITICAL & IRRITABLE and UNFORGIVING?
Warm Hearted (Wh)
Is the individual WARM HEARTED, GET ALONG WELL, SHARE FEELINGS or not? 9-10- UNHEALTHY & OVERRIDING NEED FOR APPROVAL BY OTHERS
Stress (St)
Does the individual GET IRRITATED FAST, SHORT TEMPERED, IRRATIONALLY WORRIED, TENSE, ANXIOUS & IN TURMOIL.

There are 150 questions in this Psychometric test to analyze and suggest the complete personality of the Individual. These questions are easily comprehended and take not more than 45 minutes to answer.
